Mail and other client for e-mail - SMTP error

Hi all!
Recently, a firewall of your brand was installed in my office. Unfortunately, my colleagues and I find problems when sending mail with various clients (for example, Mail, Thunderbird, etc.). The error that is restituted refers to problems related to the SMTP. Can you suggest me a solution? (I tested Gmail and Yahoo acconunts and they have the same problem).

Are your mail clients configured to use port 25 or 587? Depending on the type of rules your admin put in the firewall you might need him to send you a certificate if the firewall is doing inspection?

Sorry could not be of much more help but there is just not enough information here.

on my client's XG115w SFOS 17.1.2 MR-2 is port 465 and still and issue. On my XG115W SFOS also 17.1.2 MR-2 its fine. Exchange is fine on both and IMAP on mine is fine.
