To use both gateway,

create a firewall rule and under advanced section, specify the WAN link load balancing or select the primary gateway if you want to bing a connection always to a dedicated gateway.

Thank you for the reply, I have already check this article, I just want to make both link working no backup or dedicated link. I am new in firewall sort of things, I wall be glad if you guide me regarding the firewall rule for load balancing.
