Is it possible to extend a network across a vpn?

We have a vendor that requires special network just for their equipment. We need to bridge this network, lets say vlan 70, to another site to put a device there. Is there a way to attach a gre tunnel from the vlan 70 interface at one site to the vlan 70 interface at the remote location. Need the appearance of the devices being on the same network. I know how to do this on a mikrotik using EoIP but can't seem to find enough info to do the same on a XG.

I understand there are many "easier" or "proper" ways to do this but in our situation this is about the only way to accomplish the results we need. We only get enough IPs on this network from the vendor to accommodate the devices and their gateway with no extras that we could use to split the network up. So for example a printer with a static IP using 192.168.3.2 at the remote site can leave out of the gateway using 192.168.3.30 at the main site.

Thank you for your time.
