first, import the CA and then the certificate, otherwise the certificate is not valid.

So is that error saying the CA doesn't existing in the XG firewall?

We needed something running so have now got a QuickSSL cert as well - installed, installed the CA - works fine. Something is up with what we got or what I've done with the one from trustico.

Try this way:

• connect to XG cli
• option 5 > option 3
• move to log folder (cd /log)
• tail -f *.log | grep "nameoftheCA"
• tai -f *.log | grep "certificatename" (open a second CLI connection)

See if you get more info during the certificate and CA upload.
