Open cases support link?

The cases should be visible under Sophserv Account.

Thanks,  found it.  Call my crazy, but you should have a link from the new support page (https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support.aspx)  to this on it. You used to be able to get to it from the Open New Case option.   Ideally you would have "View existing Cases" that could take you there .  Just my two cents.

Agreed. The amount of time it took me to find this obscure method of viewing my support cases is ridiculous.

2 years later and still no link to view open support cases... on the support page.  So I find myself googling to find this thread.

When I view ALL support cases there are none.

I have created new Case yesterday and had a Case 3 months ago
