Home License registration error Error ID: XG-00108

I need help, as I am a home user I was redirected to the community.  I have the home use edition and a home use serial number.  My serial is registered in the mysophos cloud, and appears fine.  It is not a trial license - but a home use license.  My xg firewall is working and configured fine, and has internet access.

 

When I log in it asks me to register, but when I attempt to register it gives me 

Error ID: XG-00108

Tracking ID bc41a609-359f-4690-959d-79301be23ff4: please make a note of this.

 

It says only one 30 day trial can be activated.  The device will not synchronize license because it thinks it has not been registered yet.  Please is there any way to fix this other than reinstall???  Is there any way to force a license synchronization?

    So I was able to resolve the licensing issue.

     

    As others have done in other posts, it required a full reinstall from the iso.  Note that I was able to utilize the same original serial number.  I did a backup, reinstalled from iso, got the internet and license installed during the first start, and voila.  Restored the backup config and all is good.
