Problem With Mail Protection Sophos XG Firewall

Hello everyone, I have implemented a Sophos XG Firewall.

I have a Network scenario where the external firewall is a Fortinet and the internal Firewall is an XG used for WAF and Mail Protection.

but I am presenting the following problem with mail protection.

. (Failed, reason= Destination unreachable)

Asunto: Delivery Failure Notification

Sophos Firewall was unable to send the following mail:

Alvaro,

From the Fortigate side please check if there is any drop from XG.

Port 25,465 must be allowed otherwise outgoing mail are blocked.

i have sophos XG125

i have a problem when any user send email via SSL VPN connection

its appear this message when the users send message . its received back this message

Sophos Firewall was unable to send the following mail:

Mail delivery to following recipients failed:

xxx@anydomain .com 421 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has

exceeded the configured limit

what i can do ?

Does not appear to be an XG issue, but a user issues eg their account has been hacked and being used to send bad email in large quantities.

How many messages are they sending? Is it an advertising mail account sending out information in the form of mail flyers?
