The wireless firmware release is not always the same between the UTM and XG. The UTM wireless module is updated as part of the firmware update.
However on the XG, this wireless firmware may come separately or included in the next MR release. This depends on what is included in the update - if the update depends on SFOS firmware or if it's a pattern update for the module and not dependent on the XG's firmware.
No information has yet been provided for the next AP firmware release for the XG. Please follow the XG release notes & news for the latest info.
