Arabic names (right to left) appear reversed (left to right) in PDF reports

We have usernames created in Arabic language (Right to Left)

In the reports they appear fine but when we export a report to PDF the names characters are reversed (Left to Right)

It's like if the username is "chris" it will appear "sihc" in the exported PDF report

The names appear fine if the reports are exported to HTML or CSV. So the problem is in PDF only.

    I contact support but they don't have a solution and their reply is "there is no such feature available on firewall right now,to get User names characters Right to Left"

    Support also suggested to add a request in ideas.sophos !

    We consider this a bug, not a feature request as Arabic names (Right to Left) work fine every where in the XG Firewall expect for PDF reports.

    It is a problem with the PDF export engine in XG Firewall.

    Is there is a way to escalate this to the developers. I don't think it's very hard to fix. We export Arabic PDFs files from different sources and never faced an issue like this.

    Also XG Firewall sends scheduled reports in PDF format, which are unreadable in our case, Is there is a way to make it send reports as HTML? (this would be a work around for us)
