I need some help

Hi,

 I have three problem on my Sophos XG-210 (SFOS 17.0.5 MR-5) :

1- I can not stop updates during working hours ( I do not have a full background )

2- I can not monitor the network through the Sophos because the log viewer does not update.

 

3- The Bandwidth screen is off.

 

Please I need any support.

    Aziz,

    scheduling update is a missing feature so you can only change the update interval frequency from Backup & Firmware > Pattern Update

    For the traffic, use Reporting menu to understand what is consuming bandwidth. I can see that P2P and Streaming are eating the bandwidth. You need to block or shape them using Firewall Rules.
