Some users connect via Web Client

Hello

We are facing issue, some users are not authenticated via SSO, they need to login separately using Web client i.e. Captive portal.

Already we Integrated AD server with Cyberoam. Also Installed STAS on AD and configured as per needed.

But some clients are not authenticated via SSO.
