    Hi Farrukh,

    Just follow our KB article on setting up bandwidth restrictions on a per user basis, but instead of selecting 'Users' under Policy Association, you will select 'Rule.'

    You can then create a firewall rule for each VLAN or group of VLANs that you'd like to apply a specific bandwidth limit on and make sure this is on top of your default LAN->WAN rule.
