Bandwidth restriction from WAN to LAN

Hii All,, 
 
 I have a situation where we are hosting web service. And i found that there is huge traffic generated from WAN to LAN which is browser based(http/https). 
 But due to this the Upload bandwidth on my server has gone very high. Is there any way to limit to traffic (http/https) from WAN to LAN as its bringing down my internet bandwidth.

Nisar, 
 create a Business Application Rule and under Advanced Section choose or create the proper Traffic Shaping.
