SSL VPN Routing issue

Hi Team,

This is Muneer Mohammed, Based on Doha,Qatar

I am Just beginner in Sophos and started using it Couple of weeks back only, Someone please help my out to resolve SSL VPN routing issue 

 

I have configured SSL VPN on Sophos XG Firewall with my beginner knowledge  . I am able to connect SSL from external network and getting IP released from from firewall as normal, but I am not able to access /ping any resource on home network 

 

My company  ip range 192.168.21.1-255

SSL IP RANGE 192.168.3.1-255

 

I am not able ping to my company network after connecting the VPN, even i am not able to ping my firewall Ip as well

 

I think i have missed out some steps, Could any one help me out to resolve this issue
