Cannot access to auxiliary device

Hello everyone,

Why can not I access the auxiliary sophos xg via an account that I created with administrator type permissions

we have release SFOS 17.0.5

Hi Saad,

I don't understand what an auxiliary sophos XG is? If you mean just a standard XG with a different user I would suggest you have not completed the configuration correctly.

I have added another user to my XG and can login without any issues.

Hi Ian

we have two sophos in HA mode, and we have access to the auxiliary via the management address but when I try to access auxilaire via an account create on sophos with administrator privileges it does not work and I refer the following message:

only administrator can access the auxiliary device

Hi Luk

I have no problem with the configuration applied everything works very well.

I can access the primary and auxiliary sophos with the default admin account

but I can not access the primary and auxiliary sophos with a manually created user on sophos and to whom I have assigned administrator rights
