I tried to add the address to https scan exception, and i even assigned a rule for this address to with no https scan.

  • I don't have any issues, website and QR code are loading fine.

Used the log viewer regarding blocks? Used the policy tester to check the URL?

  • Yes i did,

The page itself loads with no problem, the problem is in the code that doesn't appear, the log is all green, nothing is blocked, the policy tester is ok too .. all green
, i even compared my configurations with a friend using sophos XG in another place, and we are almost identical configurations. !!

    dunno what is that !

  • Maybe not an XG issue? Tried another browser or even beter another computer? Maybe some antivirus or webfilter software on the computer which is blocking the image or the script behind it?

  • Hello,

I've the same issue, It seeam with https inspection this function don't work. To allow it I've do an Exception:

    ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.com\.?/ for HTTPS Decryption.

This is once more exception rule to allow a web application. Ther's any opportunity to allow it in a security way?

    Thank you
