While poking around in my XG, I had a look at the DNS settings. I have IPv6 activated on my external interface, waiting for the XG to be able to use it correctly. There is an assigned /64 to external interface with a fe:: gateway.
I had not created any static iPv6 DNS entries, just using the DHCP assigned ones. So what do I find this 2001:8002:e31:f001::f5ff plus one other that were not there prior to MR5 upgrade. Now investigation by whois returns address not assigned, but part of EU. Both addresses function as DNS when used in the XG diagnostic. They are not the address of the XG external interface, what gives?
