Sophos XG SFOS 17.0.2 MR-2 - Can't Upgrade to newer versions

Hey guys,

I have noticed since version MR3 that the migration of my configuration does not work properly. After the SFOS upgrade and its restart, the standard configuration is loaded during the migration process. Now I tried to upgrade to MR-5 yesterday, which unfortunately didn't work either. Same here: the migration of my config was aborted and the default configuration was loaded.
In which logs can I find the reason for the cancellation?

Furthermore, I cannot export my configuration. The download of the configuration does not start. A normal backup works.

I use the XG Firewall on an ESXi Host.

Hey guys,

I still have the problem and can't get any further. Deepti helped me to find the failure in my logs but he couldn't fixed it.
I won't recreate the whole firewall with all VPN, Rules etc new.

So I searched the console for the error and found the command to export the configuration on the CLI. In the console I see at least one error which is not shown to me in the webinterface.
Apparently a relation is missing in the SQL database. Can someone perhaps explain to me how I can restore the reference via PSQL?

psql:/sdisk/backup_config.sql:3743: ERROR: relation "tbluser" does not exist

LINE 2: ...tbluser.username AS groupname, 1 AS rowindex FROM tbluser WH...

Schema not Created--------> dbschema_replication.sh
