RED 15 with windows DHCP

We are testing a RED 15 for a new branch office, here is what I would need.

Main office:

XG210 configured and running no issues here

Branch office: (will have)

4 users

4 VOIP shoretel phone that have to connect to server at main office

4 desktops that have to connect to file servers at main office

What I have:

Network>Interfaces>Red>

  RED15

  Uplink: DHCP

  Mode: Standard/Unified

RED IP: 172.16.3.1(available IP on Branch office LAN)

RED Netmask: /16 (to match Main office LAN)

  Zone: LAN

  Configure DHCP: OFF

  Tunnel Compressions: OFF

Network>DHCP>Relay>

Name: RED1 Relay (to forward DHCP to correct servers)

  IP Version: IPv4

  Interface: REDs1 - 172.16.3.1

DHCP Server IP: 172.16.0.3 (Primary) 172.16.0.4 (Secondary)

  Relay Through IPsec: OFF

The Problem:

I can get the correct IP address from my DHCP server, but I have no connectivity to the LAN or internet.
