Hi Community! We have released RED firmware pattern update version 3.003. This release is available for SFOS 17.5 MR15 and later and 18.0 MR4 and later.

Issues resolved in this update are:

  • NRF-428: CVE-2020-14386 and CVE-2020-10732 in Linux kernel
  • NRF-422: Split DNS doesn't work with SD-RED
  • NRF-354: RED doesn't reboot after reconnect
  • NRF-320: SD-RED 60 crashes with high UDP traffic
  • NRF-48: Signal strength not being sent by RED and not seen in XG Webadmin UI after failover to UMTS a second time.

The firmware is immediately available for download and update.

  • Have version 3.003 on a RED60 , XG 17.5 15 MR15

    Getting a lot of this in the red.log . . . and it locks up 1-2 times a week and we have to save the config on XG to reboot the red and get the remote network back online.
