Hello all -I have a pair of brand new SOPHOS C12ATCHUS CS110-24 24 Port switches. In my several attempts to register them with SOPHOS Central, each has timed out. I am unable to find any troubleshooting documentation that has been helpful.
Both are straight out of the box and are connected to the internet gateway.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
