Hello,
we have just purchased the first Sophos switch. Where can we find release notes for the firmware ? Where can I download the firmware manually ? We have not found anything via the license portal under Network Protection --> Firmware Updates.

You find the file under protect Device in Central.

You can do the firmware Updates via Central or find the firmware in Central under Protect Device.

Hi,
thanks for the info meanwhile I have done this via Central. However, I still have a question how I can manually update the firmware without Central. On the local Webadmin page there is under the point Firmware the possibility to upload the file. Where do I get the firmware file ?
