Trusted face disabled in Android

I am setting up Mobile Control  5.1.3 for the first time and have a couple of questions...

1. My Android policy appears to have turned off facial recognition in Android -- aka "trusted face". Is this being managed through the password complexity policy? Either way, how may I turn it back on?

2. I had a working iOS profile but now it's pointing users to Google Play to install Mobile Control. Has anyone had this happen? It used to send them to the Apple App store.
