V6.1.4 to V7.1.4 update failed

attempting to update the server (clone dev server) and the update is failing, just wondering if anyone has encountered this before?

Hi Andrew,

Have you put the SMC Server offline and stopped the Service before starting the migration?

Because it seems to be stuck at SQL migration.

Hi yes, the update stops the server before attempting to upgrade. i have a called and logged with our 3rd party support who have in-turn logged a support call with sophos. will update when any findings are received.

nope, this come back as yet. more logs was sent to support 3 days ago.

I see that the Engineer is checking with his resource and expecting an update. Am sure he would get back to you once he gets an update. Please do let me know if you don't get an update at the earliest.
