Sophos Mobile Control 5.1 - Server 2012 R2 Fresh Install - Page cant be displayed

I am trying to set up Sophos Mobile Control 5.1 and installed it onto Server 2012 R2 using the SQL 2014 Express built in options - install completes ok however once finished the admin page and ssp page both say page cant be displayed. The service is started for Sophos - this a fresh install onto a new server 2012 R2 VM.

Any advice please?

    Hi CH-1981,

    Edit the Sophos Mobile Control service to a user that has data reader/writer access to the SMCDBv2 database, and restart the service. Access should come up once the service finishes starting.
