Change in WiFi SSID and push to all phones

Quick Question.

   We are upgrading our WiFi and have switched the SSID's.   Do we need to create a seperate profile for this change in WiFi to push to all phones?  or can we just upgrade our Default Profile?   Or if we change our Default Profile does it push to all phones when they sync.

    Hi HollandVolvo,

    you can update the existing profile but you have to actively push it out to your devices.

    The updated profile is not applied automatically.

    Of course you can also create a new profile with the new SSID and then deploy this one to the devices. However, the former WiFi config will remain on the device if you don't uninstall the profile.
