user menu is not present. What have I done wrong

I installed a new server with ver. 3.6.0.5

    Hi Msyalaw,

    that's strange.

    Can you please run the file %MDM_HOME%\OpenLDAP\run.cmd  using a command box?

    This should actually start the directory service. If there are any errors displayed, please redirect the output into a file and send us this output.
