user menu is not present

user menu is not present. What have I done wrong

I installed a new server with ver. 3.6.0.5

    Hi Regsa,

    looking at the screenshot it seems as you are logged in as the super administrator customer.

    There is no internal user management for this customer. You can only add additional administrative users by going to the "Administrators" section.

    You have to create a separate Sophos Mobile Control customer to add devices and activate either the internal or external user managment for this customer.

    For further information, please check chapter "7.2. Create customers" of the super administrator guide which you find here.
