Allow Download files within an app but block general download

Hi everyone, I have deployed the Advanced Sophos Mobile Control as a Service on 55 Samsung Tablets.

The devices are used at a School by kids age 12 or so, my Question is as follows:

I have to prevent the Kids from downloading files to the Tablet, I have done so with the platform, so far so god

The problem comes when one App (Aula Virtual) needs to download books in order to allow user to read of-line, the Sophos Mobile Security will block the download.

How can I allow Downloading contents from within the apps?
