i'm new to Sophos Mobile Control and just getting startet. I inherited this project from another co-worker and am trying to get familiar with Sophos.
My problem is, that the superadmin-user, who is of cause an administrator, seems to have no rights. I can't create new Customers, or even look/edit the ones, that already exist. I can't create new Profiles nor edit the ones that are there, but i can look at policies.
We are using version 7.0.8 and my teamleader updated Sophos last week. I don't know if these things worked before the update. It had to work at some point, because there were already customers/policies/etc. created by a co-worker, but this was about one year ago.
