Hello together,
having some strange issues with our devices.
We have about 30 devices Samsung A3 (2016) managed by SMC.
About two months ago the OS update to Android 6.0.1 was released for those phones.
After this update we had the issue that nearly all of this phones have problems with their connection to the mobile network (T-Mobile D).
The registration to the network didn't work properly anymore and the phones have not been available for incoming calls.
Our only solution was to change the SIM cards, after that the problems seem to be solved.
At that time we thought it has been some issues araised by OS update and SIM.
A couple of days before we sent the update of Sophos Mobile Security from 6.5.2140 to 6.5.2151
and right now we have the same issue!!!
Devices have problems with the connection to the mobile network again.
On the first look everything is fine, but if you try to call somebody there is the message that the phone is not connected to the network.
Additionally the battery power consumption increases remarkable after updating Mobile Security.
I hope that there is a fix for this issue, we can't change all the SIM cards again.
