Missing iOS restriction on SMC Server version: 7.0.8

Our internal security auditors noticed this missing iOS restriction on SMC Server version: 7.0.8

Force fraud warning Safari will attempt to prevent users from visiting websites identified as fraudulent or compromised.

SMC server version 6.x had this option and was applicable to all iOS devices.

Please fix, unless feature is intentionally deprecated and/or listed in known issues for SMC server version 7.0.8.
