Allow USB pairing with all hosts

hello, we have devices configured DEP to allow host paring with all device as per the title. when plugged into any windows computer the device cannot be managed "this iphone is supervised by another computer and cannot be used with this computer"

 

i have search the forums but cannot find info on how to allow host paring via usb with computers.

 

any advice would be welcome.

    Hello,

    you can set this rule with the Apple Configurator (allow pairing with other computer). Is it possible you forbid this with the Apple Configurator?

    Look at your Apple Configurator maybe you forbid it.
    If this allow then try to set the policy in Sophos.
