iOS Secure Email Notification problem

Hello Community,

 

I saw many Threads about this problem but i cant find a solution. 

Does anybody have more informations about this problem?

 

If i let run the App in background perhaps i get a notification after 20 minutes!

 

How should i work with a Mail App without Notifications?

    Ok sorry i think we dont talk about the same problem. My problem is i need a push function for new mails.

    I dont need a notification after 15 minutes or else. I need a notification instantly! 

     

    The Android version from Sophos Secure Email works fine, i receiving new Mails instantly on my Smartphone but the iOS Version dont work like this.

     

    I dont found any solution for this problem, it looks like an not solvable problem :(
