profile installation failed “a network error has occured”

Hi Everyone,

when enrolling device into the SSP, i have the issue on Apple iOS while install certificate with following message : profile installation failed- a network error has occured. There no issue while enroll android device.

I has find on google, and found to remove another MDM program. I believe, on my IPad there no additional program and to make sure, this device reset to factory default.

I remember, the problem occured after we join second server SMC to primary to implement mirroring servers.

There's any suggest how to resolved this problem? and here the capture of problem
