Synchronization problems between superadmin Device groups, Self Service Portal settings, Compliance rules and Customer same settings

Hello,

I have problem or something misunderstanding about synchronization of same settings between superadmin and Customers. 

When I create some settings (Device Groups, compliance rules, ...), then I add customer and these settings are cloned (or can be cloned).

But if I edit these settings after some time nothing are changed on customer side. 

Waiting for some help or explanation

  • If you clone, then you have 2 copies, so editing the superadmin settings, the changes won't happen to the customer,

    Think of photocopying a piece of paper, if you draw on one sheet, the other sheet wont also have the new drawing.

    in addition to the answer of Bohdan:

    Everything regarding self service portal settings, compliance rules is copied one time and can be changed afterwards by every customer as necessary.

    However, changes around profiles and task bundles which come from the super administrator will be synced to all customers who have that profile.
