Windows 10 mobile policy remove

Dear Sirs,

I have brand new windows 10 mobile device and I assigned one policy for testing purpose ("Forbid Windows Store", "Forbid Microsoft account connection", "Forbid developer mode"). I cannot find on the server way how to remove that policy from that device. The only way I found is to wipe it.

Is there any way to install some apps from SMC server, even "Forbid Windows Store", "Forbid Microsoft account connection" are applied?

    Hi Lirik,

    you cannot just remove a profile. Once a profile was assigned you can only assign an empty one but removing all profiles is currently not possible.
    Alternatively, you can of course perform an "Unenroll" action for this device which would also remove the management from the Windows 10 Mobile device.

    Regarding app installation, Windows 10 Mobile provides less functionality than the other mobile platforms.
    If the app store is disabled, there is currently no way to install applications with Sophos Mobile Control.
