SMC and LDAP active directory- Couldn't Import Users

Hii all,

I  was using the SMC 61 and windows 2012 active directory. For the users we want to integrated with the AD ones that containts some users account with email field in theres.

We have succesfully to authentication to LDAP AD but in the search fields, there no mail that I believe it association with email field

as information in here, the email address for AD using the external address, like the gmail. Can someone can help me what the mistake, since I could not import user AD in the SMC

    Hi Sy,

    when configuring the external directory connection, the SMC server will only show the LDAP fields which are configured for the user you have used to authenticate at the LDAP server.

    For example, if you authenticated with a user which does not have an email address configured, the "mail" field would not appear in the list.

    In such a case you could simply enter the "mail" field manually which should work without any issues.
