Trying to Access the Configuration Policies Apple iOs default policy ends in http error 500.

Question

stop and start of the smcsvc does not help. 
 we can create new device profiles and edit them. but not the default and first one... 
 Error 500 is an internal Server error. 
 Message is about: Website offline or has programming Errors. 
 Any ideas? Thank you in advance for your help. 
 How to Access the webserver configuration? It was installed during Setup of mobile control

Hi Sabine, 
 does the issue also occur, if you are using a browser directly on the server where SMC is installed? 
 Is there maybe an network appliance in between the connection which could interfere? 
 If the issue persists, please contact support and provide an SMC server log file after you have reproduced the issue. How to get the server logs is described in this article .
