Corporate documents

Dear Sirs,


I have installed SMC 6.1 with Advanced license. Unfortunately I cannot find how to setup Corporate Documents and upload them on the server, respectively to end users. In documentation I found that "On the menu sidebar, under CONFIGURE, click Documents", but he problem is the submenu "Documents" is missing.

I have installed app Workspace on my ipad as managed from server, but cannot continue and expand it.

Please, let me know if you need additional information!

    Hi Lirik,

    have you enabled the "Advanced License" check box when you have created the SMC customer as a super administrator?
    Please check the following

    • Log in as a super administrator
    • Within the "Dasbhoard" view click on your SMC customer
    • If the "Advanced license" checkbox is not marked press the edit button and enable it
    • Save your changes

    Thank you for the prompt answer. It is correct!


    I have seen that it is possible from Corporate Browser to access Intranet web sites. It that a function of SMC such like proxy of the requests (Blackberry MDS service works like that)? Or we have to configure access with regular tools like VPN, Client Certificate authorization and publishing in internet?

    If not, I would recommend for the future update to be possible directly SMC to work like forward bypass proxy for Intranet web sites. Do you have this in the schedule "nice to have"?
