Loss and Theft - does not like screen lock on Samsung Galaxy Nexus/Jelly Bean

I installed Sophos Mobile Security today and am impressed with the malware scanner. (BTW, it found none on my phone!)

However, it seems to insist that "Screen lock is disabled." - I have tried adjusting it to lock Immediately on sleep, and have tried pattern and password modes, but on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus, it does not seem to make a blind bit of difference, therefore the Loss and Theft features cannot be used.

Is there a workaround, or will there be a fix, for this?

    we have tested it on the exact same model and Android Version. It worked.

    I will send you a small Test-App to the mail Address registered here.

    Please install and run it and send a screenshott of the result back to us.

    This will give us some more debug information.
