Over the weekend my iOS devices quit syncing with the SMC server.

Rebooted the server and now the Android devices aren't able to download mail or sync either.  Any task I run just stays in 'notified' status.  Currently checking firewall settings and logs but nothing changed over the weekend with those settings and I'm not finding much.  Anybody run in to that?  We're using a Sophos UTM as our firewall.

  • Have you checked the IP of the server matched the DNS entry?

    Is it the same DNS -> IP internal and external?

    We had some iPads get confussed with having a different IP internally and externally (ie mdm.example.com -> 192.168.1.10 and mdm.example.com -> 123.123.123.10)
