Error Code -10 when Trying to Transfer a Task Bundle that is Removing Multiple Apps

I created a task bundle that would remove 15 different applications off of a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 that is running on Android 4.1.2.  Some of these apps are system apps.  When I attempt to transfer the task bundle to the tablet, the state of the task almost immediately goes to "Completely Failed" and the error code is -10 (error during task processing).  The first application on the list also received a state of "Completely Failed" and the error code is -27 (Internal Error)

Any ideas on why this is happening?  If I create a task bundle to remove another app, say Solitaire, I get no error message and the app is removed quickly.

    Hi BenjaminNorcross,

    is the app which is failing also a system app?
    System applications cannot be removed by SMC as these are apps are secured by the OS itself.
    The only option to block access to those apps would be a App Control profile which prevents users from running this app.
