Our potential customer in this moment is testing Sophos Mobile Control. I have a question:
*) how SMC works with android phones where is two sim cards;
*) how in SMC works antivirus, because in SMC management panel there was option about file scanning: roaming, wifi and customer a little affraid that files will be scanned over cloud, as customer mentioned there was option scanning in cloud.
*) when customer try to install some app to phone from management console, there was information in phone, that app will be installed, please confirm. Is there possibility to install in transparent mode, that admin could install app and user not receiving information.
*) customer wants to know about backup function: is there possibility to backup data, like contacts, sms and other? and if doing WIPE, then to restore all these backup data.
