recovery Password

Hello, I lost my password and the recovery password for my tablet. How can I recover them?

I just receive a tablet this week for my birthday and i dont know yet how to use it properly.

I download Sophos to protect my tablet. As I don't know yet how to take notes on my tablet, I forgot my passwords.

Can you help me? I don't know what to do.

    Hello,

    I have tried reproducing the behavior you have seen.

    After a lock the device did not ask for a reboot. After an unlock however it did send the sms with the new pin and asked to be rebooted.

    If the Pin was not sent the only way to unlock the device is by sending another unlock command. 

    However, since this is not possible at your situation, I am afraid the only way to get access to the device is by hard resetting the device (this include a wipe!)

    This can normally be done while locked by using a combination of hardware keys.
