Allow active sync through sophos MDM only

Hi Team,

We have configured Sophos Mobile Device Management in our network. Currently users are directly connecting to emails from their mobile devices using Exchange Active Sync. I am registering all users mobile devices to Sophos MDM. 

My Question is that, after configuring MDM i would like to disable the external direct access to Exchange active sync. Users should connect to their mailboxes through sophos MDM only.

What is the best way to do this?
