Hi Sophos Support,
We have a major problem with Sophos mobile control on android while using the camera to record videos, playing games and browsing the internet with chrome.
While recording with the camera, sophos container will pop up and it will stop the recording of the video and you'll have to start again and pray to god that it doesn't happen again.
While playing a game, the container will also pop up en disappear again. This could result in losing the game lol :-)
Even while browsing the web, sophos container will pop up and dissappear again.
The biggest problem is the recording of the video, This could result in the removal of smc from the devices as we are in the flower and plant bussiness and we use the camera allot.
Model: Sony xperia z3
Installs: sophos mobile control, Sophop secure email, Sophos security, sophos workspace.
OS: android 6.
