I was referred to this web forum for help, and it appears obvious that SOPHOS either doesn't care or they don't support their products.
I am asking for HELP with your product, that you created and now my phone is practically UNUSABLE.
What are you going to do, to encourage me to become an enthusiastic support of your product and services?
