Cannot obtain information via 'Show Location' Option

Hello,

Have recently updated SMC to V 6.1.4 on a Windows Server 2012 (to allow us to monitor Windows ToughBooks/ToughPads) and although successfully registering devices (iPhone/iPads/Android SmartPhones & ToughBooks/ToughPads), cannot get 'Show Location' to work on any of these devices.  When I go to a managed device & run the action 'Show Location', I get the following on the 'Task' folder tab to that device:

We have been through the SOPHOS doco which outlines firewall rules/ports that require to be configured & opened up what was recommended but we STILL receive the abovementioned message on any managed device.  Any suggestions on what I could be missing is greatly appreciated.

    Hi RigoTorres,

    unfortunately I could not see your screenshot.

    In general, to use the "Show location" option for iOS devices you must make sure the SMC app is installed and configured.
    Furthermore, the thinks listed in this KBA must be fulfilled on the device.
