Mobile Control - Email issue

We are getting Sophos mobile control working on all our devices, however I have some issues with the secure email app and I’m struggling to find any decent documentation on it, it seems that you can still open attachments in other apps and save them off when using the email app which kind of defeats the object of having the container app?

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong if anything?

Hi Mark,

have you cleared the "Open attachments" checkbox within your Sophos Container policy applied to the device?

As described here in the "Corporate Email" section, this should disable the possibility to share files with other apps or save documents locally.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the reply, but that disables opening of attachments all together and we need to be able to open attachments in our email.

Anything else I can try?
